Socinga Africa Mining specialises in funding four categories of operational need — the areas where capital injection delivers the most immediate and measurable increase in production throughput, workforce capacity, and asset value. These are not speculative commitments, nor are funds deployed for free. A clear Return on Investment (ROI) is rigorously calculated prior to any capital injection. Deployments are structured and tied to operational milestones, verified by our own on-the-ground team, and governed by a capital-waterfall framework that ensures every expenditure is traceable from board approval to site receipt.
How We Deploy Capital
Site Mobilisation
Comprehensive ground-preparation and infrastructure deployment to transform raw concessions into operational mining sites. Access road construction, camp establishment, water supply, power connection, security perimeter, and first-blast readiness — all procured directly by SAM on behalf of the operation.
Equipment Procurement
Strategic acquisition of heavy mining equipment — haul trucks, drill rigs, loaders, ore-haulage vehicles, winches, compressors, and support fleet — sourced from approved vendors, asset-tagged on delivery, and registered on the SPV asset register before commissioning. Best-of-class, not second-hand by default.
Processing Plant Scaling
Funding the construction and scaling of Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) plants, industrial boilers, stamp mills, elution plants, ball mills, crusher upgrades, and cyanidation circuits. Engineered for maximum throughput and 90–95% mineral recovery rates. Capital flows as direct procurement — not as a lump-sum cash transfer to the operator.
Operational Payroll
Ensuring workforce stability through funded payroll programmes. SAM absorbs payroll directly — paying workers via our own payroll systems, not through the operator's discretionary account. This ensures skilled labour retention across all operational shifts while preventing capital leakage.
